GEA FlatPlate Increases Prices February 2006

York, PA (12/28/05) – Due to ever increasing raw material costs, GEA FlatPlate finds it necessary to increase the base price of our products. Effective as of February 1, 2006, base prices will rise 3.1% for all orders received. The Materials Surcharge will remain in effect, varying on a monthly basis, and hopefully will subside in the near future.

Overall, GEA FlatPlate has continued to design and manufacture very cost-competitive and cost-effective heat exchangers. In addition to our two compressor chiller models – Low Pressure Drop and Double Wall Vented series – we continue to provide new options for our customers. Our latest ASME and PED (European CE) models are the most advanced in the industry. GEA FlatPlate continues to lead the brazed plate heat exchanger market in innovation and technology.

All of GEA FlatPlate’s employees thank you for purchasing our U.S. manufactured product.

We appreciate your continued support and confidence in GEA FlatPlate.
